Terms of Service

Diigr is a digital collectibles platform for sports fans. It lets you collect digital tags tied to real sporting events, top up a wallet with credits, and purchase tags using those credits or a payment card.

Digital tags are in-app collectibles. They are not physical items, they are not NFTs, and they do not exist on a blockchain. They have no cash value and cannot be transferred, sold, or exchanged outside of the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before creating an account or making any purchase.

By creating an account, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you meet the eligibility requirements above.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that takes place under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@diigr.com.

You may not create more than one account or create an account on behalf of someone else without their consent.

Tags are licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only. You do not own the underlying content, artwork, or intellectual property associated with any tag. Your licence to use a tag is personal, non-transferable, and revocable in the circumstances described in Section 9.

We may retire, modify, or remove tags from the Service at any time. We are not obliged to maintain any particular tag in the Service indefinitely.

If you submit photos or other content through the Service (for example, fan photos from match events), you retain ownership of that content but grant Diigr a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to store, display, and use it within the Service.

You must not submit content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes the intellectual property rights of any third party. We reserve the right to remove any user content at our discretion.

You agree to use the Service only for its intended purpose and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate any part of the Service
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data
• Resell, transfer, or commercially exploit any part of the Service or its content
• Use the Service in a way that could damage, overload, or impair its operation
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

All content in the Service, including tag artwork, team assets, logos, design, and software, is owned by or licensed to Diigr Ltd and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in that content beyond the limited personal licence described in Section 5.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if we believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. On termination, your wallet balance and tag collection will be forfeited and are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may close your account at any time through the Settings screen in the app. Closing your account does not entitle you to a refund of any remaining wallet credits.

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without liability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make a material change, we will notify you via in-app notification and update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Diigr Ltd and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of £60 or the total amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
